70% of tech projects fail not because of bad code, but because of poor execution. I've made it my mission to bridge that gap.

How I Got Here

I started as a frontend developer in 2020. The beginning was in Syria. After three years, I moved to Erbil, Iraq. There I deepened my development expertise.

What drew me wasn't the code itself, but the ability to transform ideas into tools people use daily. I worked with companies from Saudi Arabia to Turkey. Each project taught me a lesson: the best technology is what the user doesn't feel.

I led web development teams. We built custom management systems that changed how companies work. I later founded a tech company with a partner. This experience taught me that success requires both technical excellence and strategic vision.

Now? I focus on building products for Arabic markets. My goal is clear: projects that don't just launch, but succeed and continue.

My Approach & Values

Execution Over Perfection

I've seen too many great ideas die in the 'planning phase.' I believe in launching fast, learning faster, and iterating based on real user feedback. Done is better than perfect.

Cultural Understanding

Building for Arabic markets isn't just about RTL design—it's about understanding payment preferences, communication styles, and cultural nuances. I bring that lived experience to every project.

Partnership, Not Just Development

I don't disappear after deployment. I stick around to solve problems, optimize performance, and ensure your product keeps working for you. Your success is my success.

My Process

Discovery

Every project starts with understanding the real problem. I dig deep into your business goals, user needs, and technical constraints before writing a single line of code.

Strategy

I map out a lean approach that gets you to launch fast. No over-engineering, no unnecessary features—just what you need to validate your idea and start growing.

Build

I build with modern, proven tech stacks (Next.js, Supabase, Tailwind). Clean code, responsive design, and Arabic-first thinking are standard, not optional.

Launch

Getting live quickly is key. I handle deployment, testing, and optimization so you can focus on your users, not technical details.

Support

I don't disappear after launch. I monitor performance, fix issues, and help you iterate based on real user feedback.

When I'm Not Coding

I'm constantly learning—currently exploring AI automation and how it can enhance SaaS products without making them complicated.

Coffee enthusiast. I believe the best code is written with good coffee and focused deep work sessions.

I follow the MENA tech scene closely and love seeing Arabic startups scale globally.

I enjoy mentoring junior developers and helping them understand that clean code and good communication are equally important.

What I'm Building Now

Right now, I'm focused on:

01

Leading web development teams and building scalable custom management systems

02

Building lean SaaS products for Arabic markets with modern full-stack technologies

03

Exploring AI automation for content creation and workflow optimization
